At Stayforlong, we are looking for someone passionate about tech talent and innovation in recruitment processes. The purpose of this role is to drive the Tech Talent Acquisition strategy and turn the function into a true engine of transformation within the company.
This position combines hands-on experience in end-to-end tech recruitment with a strong focus on process optimization, operational efficiency, and the use of technological tools (ATS, generative AI, project management platforms, etc.).
The goal is to attract and hire the best tech talent, continuously improving both the candidate and hiring manager experience, while designing scalable, agile, and data-driven processes that contribute to Stayforlongβs sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and a practical approach, capable of leading recruitment processes, proposing innovative solutions, and strengthening employer branding, while working closely with the Product, Tech & Data teams to create a seamless, efficient, and human experience.
Manage end-to-end hiring processes with precision and ownership across Engineering, Product, Data, and Corporate roles (Spain & UK markets).
Partner closely with Hiring Managers and key Stakeholders to define hiring needs, design effective strategies, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Identify and recruit top tech talent, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and AI-based solutions to build strong, diverse pipelines.
Drive initiatives to enhance Employer Branding and Internal Communication, positioning Stayforlong as an employer of choice in the travel tech space.
Ensure gender parity and inclusion, integrating diversity principles into every stage of the recruitment process.
Analyze, optimize & report key recruitment metrics β time-to-hire, quality of hire, and conversion rates β to ensure efficiency and impact.
Continuously review, streamline, and scale People team processes using a data-informed and agile mindset.
Lead or collaborate on People-related projects involving automation, AI tools, and process improvement (Confluence, Jira, HRIS, etc.).
Bring forward creative ideas that enhance operational excellence while keeping the human touch.
Support data-driven decision-making and contribute to the continuous improvement culture across the People function.
Co-create meaningful onboarding experiences for new hires, focusing on both logistics and emotional integration.
Collaborate with Product, Tech & Data teams to ensure a smooth transition and long-term engagement of new colleagues.
Identify opportunities to elevate the employee experience, working alongside other People initiatives and cross-functional teams.
Support internal activities such as event organization, team buildings, and employee communication.

+5 years of experience in Tech Talent Acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced or product-driven environment.
Proven ability to design and execute hiring strategies that balance creativity, structure, and measurable results.
Deep understanding of Tech, Product, and Data profiles, with confidence engaging technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, ATS, HRIS, AI tools, and project management platforms.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
Professional communication in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
